How We Work

Irrespective of the cultures encountered by you, the coaching, coaching models and the tools offered by The CrossCulturalists will address the core principles of crosscultural exchange and will function, once understood and absorbed, in any crosscultural context.

We offer:

• One-to-one crosscultural executive coaching - accompanying you on your journey from one cultural values framework to another
• Team crosscultural coaching - to introduce cultural values prior to placement abroad and to boost performance
• In-house seminars and workshops on crosscultural issues to raise company-wide awareness of differing cultural values
• Assistance for newly arrived foreign staff, to achieve high performance quickly
• Coaching accompanying partners
• Tailor-made programmes to address challenges arising from crosscultural communication.

Our work may take place:

• Face-to-face or over the telephone
• In periods of 30-60 minutes once or twice a week
• Or intensively several times per week
• Or comprehensively for a half or full day.

Our start point is the client's agenda, whatever their geographic location, and we offer a menu of services and approaches that allow for total flexibility.

Often there are immediate work pressures, current fire fighting issues, that are addressed promptly for the immediate benefit of the client.

The second stage depends upon how the client presents his/her challenges, but often the task is to surface the underlying issues, values and beliefs that drive behaviour and can lead to crosscultural difficulties.

Currently we offer coaching in English, German and Spanish, with bi-lingual nationals from these countries.
