The primary business of The
CrossCulturalists is crosscultural coaching, working across language and
cultural boundaries, guiding and supporting people as they cope with the
challenge of recognising, respecting and reconciling personal, organisational
and national cultural values - their own, and those of other people.Vision
Our vision is of a world where people are able to live, work, and communicate peacefully, effectively and harmoniously across language and cultural boundaries, fully understanding, appreciating and respecting the differences in human nature and in the world.
