The CrossCulturalists are a new company, a limited
liability partnership founded by Jeff Bayley and Helmut Milcke in January
2005.

Virtually every day we see how easy it is to misunderstand, perhaps only slightly, our contemporaries or colleagues. Even people who are fully fluent in another language may know all the words but fail to grasp the full meaning.
This is not so serious where the contact is superficial or primarily social. But if you need to work together closely - to achieve better performance, to merge companies, to realise projects - then the last thing you need is delay caused by uncertain or unclear communication.
The people in our team have a lifelong commitment to crosscultural communications, based not on theories but on the challenges faced and experiences encountered in our lives and work.
